Our apartment is easily accessible from two main airports:
From Alicante Airport: The most convenient option is to rent a car directly at the airport. The drive takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. You can also use public transportation – buses run regularly to La Manga.
From Murcia Airport: The drive from Murcia Airport takes about 40 minutes. In this case, you can also rent a car or use taxi or bus services.

The Tenant is required to pay a deposit of 200 EUR before the start of the apartment rental.
This deposit serves as security to cover any potential damages that may occur during the Tenant’s stay, as well as any costs related to the repair or replacement of damaged items.
The deposit will be refunded to the Tenant within 7 days after the end of the rental period, provided that the apartment and its furnishings have not been damaged and no items are missing.
In the event of any damages or missing items, the Landlord has the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the deposit to cover the costs. If the value of the damages exceeds the deposit amount, the Tenant agrees to cover the difference.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of €200/£200 is required.
The remaining balance of the rental amount must be paid no later than on the day of arrival, before receiving the keys.
