- General Provisions
1.1. These regulations define the terms of renting an apartment located in Spain.
1.2. The tenant of the apartment can be an individual or a legal entity.
1.3. Making a reservation for the apartment means accepting these regulations. - Reservation and Payments
2.1. Reservation of the apartment can be made through the website, by phone, or by email.
2.2. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 200 €/£ is required.
2.3. The remaining rental amount is payable no later than on the day of arrival, before receiving the keys.
2.4. On the day of arrival, a deposit of 200 € is required, fully refundable within 36 hours after returning the keys. - Security Deposit for Potential Damages
3.1. The tenant is required to pay a security deposit of 200 EUR before the rental period begins.
3.2. This deposit serves as security for any damages incurred during the tenant’s stay and for any costs related to the repair or replacement of damaged items.
3.3. The deposit will be refunded to the tenant within 7 days of the end of the rental period, provided that the apartment and its furnishings are not damaged and no items are missing.
3.4. In the event of damages or missing items, the landlord has the right to deduct the appropriate amount from the deposit to cover the costs. If the value of the damages exceeds the amount of the deposit, the tenant agrees to cover the difference. - Cancellation of Reservation
4.1. Cancellation of the reservation 30 days before the planned arrival is free of charge.
4.2. In case of cancellation between 29 and 14 days before arrival, a fee equal to the deposit is charged.
4.3. Cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days before arrival results in the loss of the entire paid amount. - Arrival and Departure
5.1. The rental day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
5.2. Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be considered if possible and may incur additional charges.
5.3. The apartment keys must be collected at the designated place and time, in accordance with the arrangements with the owner or apartment manager. - Tenant’s Obligations
6.1. The tenant is obliged to use the apartment in accordance with its purpose and to observe house rules.
6.2. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment during the rental period.
6.3. Smoking and keeping pets in the apartment are prohibited without the prior consent of the owner. - Safety and Liability
7.1. The owner is not responsible for the loss or damage of the tenant’s personal belongings.
7.2. The tenant is obliged to lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
7.3. In the event of any defects, the tenant should immediately notify the owner or apartment manager. - Additional Information
8.1. The landlord may provide the tenant with discount coupons, vouchers, or special offers from partner companies.
8.2. The landlord is not responsible for the quality of services, product availability, terms of offer fulfillment, or any changes that may occur in offers from other companies.
8.3. The tenant is responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions of the offers from other companies before using their services or products. - Final Provisions
9.1. Any changes to these regulations require written form.
9.2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Spanish law apply.
9.3. In case of disputes, the parties will seek to resolve them amicably, and in case of no agreement, the disputes will be settled by the court competent for the location of the apartment.
